Working as part of our community management team, you demonstrate the leadership and managerial skills necessary to achieve a positive atmosphere and engaging lifestyle for our residents and a productive, safe and professional work environment for our staff.

While operating a fiscally sound and efficient organization that produces profitability, co-managers are also responsible for networking and establishing strong relationships in the local business and professional community in order to promote a positive image of their specific Holiday Retirement community.
 

As a member of the Management Team, the Co-managers will assist in developing and implementing the Marketing Strategy for the retirement community. Consequently, possessing the knowledge and skills of relationship-based marketing and sales are essential.

Our live-in co-manager couples receive a competitive salary and bonus opportunities, a beautiful one-bedroom apartment, three complimentary meals every day, paid utilities (except telephone), and weekly housekeeping and linen service.


Qualifications

  • Prior management experience of three years that includes operational and financial experience, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts receivable
  • Excellent leadership, supervisory and organization skills
  • Exceptional customer service Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with residents, staff and general public
  • Ability work as part of a team with commitment and respect for all individuals
  • Ability to multi task and remain flexible is crucial
  • Willingness and ability to live on-site in a designated apartment
  • Solid computer skills and relevant software experience is preferred
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all business and operations information
  • Desire to work with and make a difference in the lives of senior citizens
  • Willingness to relocate when needed
  • Experience serving senior citizens and familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to Holiday Retirement communities is preferred
