Residents and their families take great comfort knowing that a few of our residents are also Community Managers, available to assist their neighbors in any way needed, 24 hours a day. They’re responsible for daily community operations and making sure the property is safe and well-maintained, but beyond that, they dine with the other residents, participate in activities, and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and included. They foster a genuine feeling of family, and Holiday Retirement just wouldn’t be the same without them. In fact, you won’t find resident managers like ours at any other retirement community.

Everyone needs someone they can count on. At Holiday, we call those people live-in managers. With 24/7 availability, they don't just manage the community 'round the clock, but live and eat alongside residents.

Managers take pride in daily, community operations including: the overall service quality, activities, programs, community visits, and events. They ensure the community is safe and well-maintained—assuring the building, furnishings, and equipment are all in good working order— ultimately guaranteeing that every resident is absolutely happy with his or her surroundings.

You’ll even find managers serving coffee to residents at every meal. This provides them with a chance to check in and see how things are going, while sharing a laugh or a smile.
