Holiday's menus are planned to provide a variety of foods that appeal to personal and regional preferences. Every meal is prepared from scratch with fresh ingredients. The featured entrée choice is selected daily by the Executive Chef and is a way of meeting the specific tastes of our residents. We make sure to note on our foods what is high in sugar, fat and sodium.
