We’re located in the village of Fairport in the town of Perinton, along the Erie Canal in Upstate New York. Fairport features charming tree-lined streets, biking and walking trails, a village library, historical museum, stately Victorian-style homes and an abundance of boating opportunities.
At Maplewood Estates in Fairport, there’s no need to worry about the little things; your cooking, cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance and repairs are included in your rent. You’ll be too busy beating your neighbor at indoor mini golf or hitting the next jackpot while playing our version of Wheel of Fortune to worry about a thing. You’re retired…you’re entitled to let loose and have fun! Now it’s okay to play board games all day long, to have a movie marathon or to spend all day shopping - your secret will be safe with us.
