The Emerald City houses a fine gem in Bridge Park, an urban retirement community in West Seattle. This beautiful, craftsman-style complex is across the street from a peaceful, family-focused park and minutes from downtown Seattle, offering you the best of both worlds. Soak up views of the city skyline from manicured lawns and comfortable benches, or gather with friends inside this spacious, cheery senior-living campus.
Steps away, High Points Common Park features gardens, a playground, and common areas. Visit the bees at the park’s famous bee garden, and don’t miss the annual Bee Festival. The park is also home to summer camps, live music, and other events. Downtown Seattle features the Seattle Art Museum, the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Seahawks and Mariners games, and hospitals.

Connection isn’t our goal. It’s our promise.
That’s why life at Holiday Retirement isn’t prescriptive, it’s personal. This is an era of opportunity to find passions that spark curiosity and people that inspire us to learn who one is. Life at Holiday Retirement isn’t about a building or amenities, it’s about the ways those simple pleasures and the people we share them with transform us every day. A meal becomes a memory. A trip to the store becomes an adventure. And a walk around the grounds becomes a tradition between friends. We are Holiday Retirement and we believe life is best lived among friends on your terms.
What are your interests?
Beauty Care Needs Met On-Site
The convenience of Bridge Park's' on-site beauty salon and barber means all you have to do is walk in to get your hair and nails done. Of course, appointments are available.
Massage therapy sessions are also available. You might even meet a friend under the hairdryer. Outside visitors come for beauty appointments at Bridge Park to see our popular stylist onsite.
Fitness Right at Home
Bridge Park residents enjoy a variety of health and fitness activities, from weekly group exercise classes and walking clubs to anytime access to on-site fitness equipment. We also have an onsite physical therapist.
Let Us Serve You
Enjoy restaurant-style dining served with courtesy and caring by our staff who know you. Chef-prepared meals are served every day in Bridge Park's dining room. Sit with friends or invite your family for a special occasion in our private dining room. Each meal is designed to meet the unique nutritional needs of community members.
Our chef enjoys interacting with residents during meals and even holds a monthly roundtable for feedback and ideas for menus. Residents have many favorite dishes, but his chili and liver and onion dishes top the list.
Make Memories Exploring the Surrounding Community
There’s so much to explore in the Seattle area and Bridge Park makes sure that residents experience as much as possible. Regular outings to favorite restaurants, local events, and more introduce residents to all their neighborhood has to offer and connect them to the surrounding community.
Complimentary transportation provides residents with easy access to a variety of local activities, events and attractions, including a monthly “Lunch Bunch” outing to resident-selected restaurants, as well as field trips to area parks, casinos, the zoo and scenic country drives.
Life is Never Boring
Bridge Park's calendar is packed with both recurring activities and special events. The variety of available activities is meant to enrich the whole person by stimulating physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, creative, social or vocational wellness.
Our activity room is complete with a brand new shuffleboard table, and the competition gets pretty fierce. We also have a movie theatre, media center, and game room. Our monthly social hour dubbed "The Pharmacy" is residents' favorite gathering. Bridge Park's culinary team prepares snacks, residents supply the wine, and fun is had by all.
Pets Make Life Better
Furry friends are welcomed as residents at Bridge Park. We understand how important the companionship and bond that seniors share with their pets. We’re delighted to have cats, dogs, birds, and even bunnies as part of our community.
Stay Connected with Technology and Wifi
Bridge Park is equipped with WiFi access to help you stay connected throughout common areas. You can use community desktop computers to stay up to date, or you can connect your personal devices to the WiFi and also use our Wii counsels.
Residents have access to use the community Wii or the reader machine to assist in reading small print. Bridge Park hosts "Tech Tuesdays," where residents learn about technology from their resident enrichment coordinator. Topics are resident-requested. We bring in technology volunteers for special requests.
Travel and Adventure is Always Available
The exclusive Travel & Stay program offers residents exciting opportunities to travel around the country, with free stays of up to seven days at any of Holiday Retirement’s more than 260 communities. Three chef-prepared meals are included with each trip. Visit all 43 states or just choose a favorite new location or two.
From your new home community you can also travel to destinations throughout the world through the Travel Adventure Program, through educational activities and food specific to the chosen destination. Reserve your seat for the next travel destination with us!
Lend a Helping Hand
Many residents find a sense of fulfillment in donating their time and skills to a cause close to their hearts. We also host drives for school supplies, Toys for Tots, and the Food Bank.
We have empowered residents to become resident ambassadors. These individuals have often lived in the community for quite some time and enjoy helping new residents get acclimated to senior living. They encourage new residents to take their time settling in and them feel comfortable in their new home.
