Holiday Retirement receives 2015 Bronze Anvil Award for “100 Years of Wisdom”
Research report highlights centenarians’ advice on marriage, politics, finance, youth, and more
LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. (June 9, 2015) – Holiday Retirement, the second largest senior housing provider in the United States, was recently awarded a Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Bronze Anvil Award for “100 Years of Wisdom: The Perspective of Centenarians,” a traditional media relations campaign executed in the fall and winter of 2014. 100 Years of Wisdom was one of 45 entries out of 828 selected for a Bronze Anvil Award.
Holiday Retirement and Communications Strategy Group (CSG®), a national influencer relations agency working with the senior living provider, developed a media relations initiative focused on generating awareness and interest in Holiday Retirement communities by showcasing the wisdom and achievements of its residents. The campaign, 100 Years of Wisdom, highlighted centenarians, individuals 100 years or older, living at Holiday Retirement communities and their thoughts and opinions on topics ranging from marriage and politics to personal finance and today’s youth.
