The Lodge at Wake Forest operates with extensive protocols that mitigate the spreading of COVID-19. If a resident tests positive for COVID-19, we notify residents and their designated contacts, our employees, and the local health department. In addition, the number of active cases is shared here. Beauty Care Needs Met On-Site
The convenience of The Lodge at Wake Forest’s on-site beauty salon and barber means all you have to do is walk in to get your hair and nails done. Of course, appointments are available.
Our "Shear Perfection" hair studio is located on-site. A podiatrist comes in monthly for services.
Fitness Right at Home
The Lodge at Wake Forest's residents enjoy a variety of health and fitness activities, from weekly group exercise classes to anytime access to on-site fitness equipment.
Many residents enjoy getting their exercise by walking along Main Street, the center of Wake Forest’s downtown area. A walking club meets weekly. Residents have access to physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy on-site through one of our health partners. We also offer home healthcare aids on-site.

Enjoy restaurant-style dining served with courtesy and caring by our staff who know you. Chef-prepared meals are served every day in The Lodge at Wake Forest’s dining room. Sit with friends or invite your family for a special occasion in our private dining room. Each meal is designed to meet the unique nutritional needs of community members.
Our meals are made from scratch three times per day. Our residents love Chef Keith because he responds to residents' requests. We also have "Dinner and a Movie" nights and "Taste of America" nights with selected regional favorites from around the nation.

The exclusive Travel & Stay program offers residents exciting opportunities to travel around the country, with free stays of up to seven days at any of Holiday Retirement’s more than 260 communities. Three chef-prepared meals are included with each trip. Visit all 43 states or just choose a favorite new location or two.

Lend a Helping Hand
At The Lodge at Wake Forest, many residents find a sense of fulfillment in donating their time and skills to a cause close to their hearts. For example, the community hosts a school supply drive for Ethiopia. Through The Arc program, special needs adolescents visit the residents and help us with small projects.
We have empowered residents to become resident ambassadors. These individuals have often lived in the community for quite some time and enjoy helping new residents get acclimated to senior living. They encourage new residents to take their time settling in and them feel comfortable in their new home.
