Frank Weaver, U.S. Army
Frank Weaver enlisted in the Army Air Corp in July 30, 1942. While there, he trained fighter pilots. Several of the pilots that Frank trained served in the Doolittle Raiders, the group that conducted the U.S. air raid on Tokyo and other places on Japan’s Honshu Island in retaliation to the attack on Pearl Harbor.
Frank was released from the Air Corp in November 23, 1944. He was later drafted by the Army on March 20, 1945 and served until October 18, 1946 when he ended his military career.
The residents and staff of Country Squire are incredibly proud of Frank and his service.
