Holiday Retirement helps residents stay connected with Wi-Fi
For Holiday Retirement residents, their family members and guests, having the flexibility to connect to the internet wirelessly is something they value in a Holiday Retirement community.
With this in mind, Holiday Retirement announced it's rollout plan of ensuring common area Wi-Fi in all 308 communities. Common area reflects our core locations within communities, such as the lobby, activity room, library, etc. This wireless internet provides our residents with the ability to keep in touch with loved ones and engage in fun activities, like technology how-to classes, led by the community’s enrichment coordinator.
Following the initial positive reception of common area Wi-Fi in the communities, we have begun the process of rolling out Wi-Fi to individual resident apartments as well.
“With the all-inclusive lifestyle of Holiday Retirement communities, our residents are able to spend more time doing the activities they enjoy—like keeping in touch with friends and loved ones,” said Tess Aiello, resident enrichment manager for Holiday Retirement. “Providing Wi-Fi in the common areas and soon in residents’ apartments simply extends the opportunities for residents to stay connected and engaged with the people and activities that matter most to them.”
