How much does it cost to live in a Holiday Retirement community?

While market rents vary by location and suite size, Holiday Retirement offers you monthly pricing plus optional tiered care services prices. As care needs increase, due to a change of condition or by request, the care level and cost increase.

Are all apartment units equipped with an emergency call system?
Yes. You can be assured that no matter what layout you select, your apartment will always be equipped with an emergency call system. No matter what time of day or night, we’ll be there when you need us most.
Can I fill my apartment with my own furnishings?
Holiday Retirement encourages you to make your living spaces your own. Bring all the comforts and furnishings of your current home to your new community. You can even decorate your entrance to show off your individual style, allowing friends and family to easily find your suite.
